Shipping policy

Thank you for choosing Wearkala! Every piece of apparel in our store is custom-printed on demand specifically for you when you order.

Fulfillment & Delivery Timelines:

• Production: Please allow 3 to 5 business days for our team to print, cure, and quality-check your streetwear before dispatch.

• Transit Time: Once shipped, delivery takes 3 to 5 business days for Metro cities and 5 to 7 business days for the rest of India. You will receive an automated tracking link via SMS/Email as soon as your parcel leaves the facility.

Important Note on Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: To protect our custom printing pipeline against fraudulent bookings and failed deliveries, we do not accept 100% standard COD.

• Upfront Booking Deposit: All COD orders require a nominal upfront security deposit of ₹150 (payable securely via UPI/QR code at checkout).

• Balance Payment: The remaining balance of your order amount will be collected in cash at your doorstep by our courier executive during delivery.

Note: If a COD order is rejected at the doorstep after dispatch, the ₹150 booking deposit will be non-refundable, as it directly covers the custom printing and logistics costs incurred by our warehouse.
